To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you purchased it (including original packaging where applicable). You must provide an original receipt as proof of purchase. This must occur within 7 days.
If you do not have an original receipt or more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, you may receive store credit (ie. a gift card) for the amount of the item as of the date of return/exchange. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please do not return your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (eg. socks, tights, undergarments, swimwear, etc) or sanitary goods.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 3 business days, please consult your financial institution first.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for full or partial refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This is subject to item availability at our boutique locations. In some rare circumstances, we are able to secure replacement items directly from our vendors on our customers’ behalf.

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be e-mailed to you.
If your item was not purchased as a gift and shipped to an original purchaser, then we will refund the original purchaser and notify them of your return via e-mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the cost of your returned item is over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
